TMaiTE is how your drivers and carriers talk to the platform. These are the jobs the platform runs.
Direct-to-consumer and business deliveries with the options receivers ask for: scheduled windows, unattended and no-contact delivery, and a photo and signature record of every drop.
See Final mile in detailReefer readings collected from drivers over the messaging they already use, no app to install, and the compliance sheet filled in from the record instead of by hand.
See Cold chain in detailDRMS runs a relief mission from activation to wrap-up: dispatch by QR code that anyone learns in five minutes, driver readiness, yard sections drawn on a satellite map, and every shipment on one board. Deployed on a live ice-storm response.
See Emergency services in detailShipments whose values disagree with their bill of lading, flagged by TMaiTE field by field. Apply the BL value, accept as is, snooze or escalate, with every decision logged.
See Drift in detailStops that fit your own staff's drive home. Publish deliveries to an offer board, let eligible team members claim them for a small bonus, and pay from an earnings report.
See Baton in detailOversized, multi-leg and staged deliveries planned as one job: every leg tendered, tracked and proven, with the whole move visible to the people waiting for it.
Electronic proof of delivery, photos, seals and chassis numbers captured at each handoff, so a dispute is settled from the record instead of from memory.
Final mile is where a national network hands off to an individual delivery. Clockwork keeps control of that handoff: cargo is received at the forward stocking location, every node checks for over, short or damage, the receiver picks a delivery window, and the driver leaves with a photo record.
Control the hand-offs. Receive cargo at the forward stocking location, raise an over, short or damage alert at each node, and track status from order to proof of delivery.
The receiver chooses a date and a morning or afternoon window from a link, and reschedules the same way if plans change. No phone tag.
Dispatcher-controlled zone maps, automated scheduling and rescheduling, and load optimisation across trucks by zone and by the delivery times customers asked for.

A reefer move is only as good as its record. Clockwork collects the readings at every check through app-less messaging automation, so the driver reports supply and return air temperature, fuel level, seal and a photo from the messaging they already use, and the compliance paperwork writes itself.
TMaiTE asks the driver for the readings at pickup, at each handoff and at delivery, over WhatsApp, SMS or whichever channel they already have. Nothing to install, nothing to train.
Supply and return air temperature, fuel level, seal number and photos land on the shipment timeline with a time and a place, next to the instructions the driver acknowledged.
The reefer check and monitoring sheet is generated from the collected data, ready for the shipper and the auditor, instead of being filled in by hand at the end of the run.

The Disaster Relief Management System. When a mission activates, terminals open, drivers arrive and freight has to move in hours. DRMS is the mission system for the carriers who do that work, with the dispatch, readiness and yard tools they need on day one and nothing to learn first.
QR codes on the driver, the equipment and the material. Scan all three and the load is dispatched to a destination from the mission's own facility list. Anyone can learn it in five minutes.
See who is working, who is idle and who needs to rest, evaluate performance by driver over the mission, and report driver status to the state.
Every shipment at a facility or on a mission as a tile with a status, colour-coded for problems and alerts, so nothing is missed and nothing waits.

Draw sections on a satellite view of the terminal, give each a purpose such as overflow, and move assets in and out of them. Faster mission wrap-up, lower training cost.
An optional load plan across the available trucks: visualise routes, combine deliveries and take miles off the road.
A voice-only mode for the driver app with a wake word, in the user's own language, so drivers and dock workers record events and messages without looking at a screen and within distracted-driving rules.
Different missions need different steps. The board and its statuses are configured per mission, not rebuilt.
A document review utility. TMaiTE reads the bill of lading, compares it with the shipment record and flags every field that differs. Your team resolves them in one place instead of finding out at invoice time.
Transport mode, pieces, gross weight, container, seal, commodity: each mismatch is listed with the shipment and BL values side by side.
Apply the BL value, accept as is, snooze or escalate to a second tier, one shipment or many at once.
A history of who changed what and when, and a reopen if a review needs another look.

Automation for "gig" deliveries. The local team you already employ takes stop-offs on the way home, and the deliveries that would have waited for tomorrow go tonight.
Lower your overall cost of deliveries.
Your local team is happy to earn a small bonus for stop-offs on the way home.
Process more deliveries faster without adding new resources.

Tenders are easy to review and claim. Size, load and the detour from the driver's own route home are shown up front, and the driver has to accept a delivery actively, which protects you on liability.
Admins publish or pull offers, watch what is claimed and what is still open, and make sure every delivery is covered.
Licence, insurance and programme agreement on file per driver, with a warning before anything expires and a pause when it does.
Accrued wages by driver, in a report that makes it easy for accounting to pay out.
Our team offers 24/5 support to make sure your operations run smoothly while you sleep. We are in it to make a change, and we have.

“Providing direct-to-consumer final mile delivery services while maintaining social distancing is critical. Through the use of our Clockwork technology tools, we've been able to quickly and easily adjust our processes while still providing a safe and positive residential delivery experience with options like unattended and no-contact delivery.”
