Information You Provide
When you access the Site, you may be required to register first in order to receive more information regarding our Services. When you register, we will request certain business information, including your name, title, business address, and business email address. This information will enable us and authorized third parties with whom we share the information to contact you regarding the Services and provide us with aggregate business entity information that we use to improve the Services and the Site for all users.

Information Collected Automatically
We collect information about all users, such as the areas users visit most frequently, and the Services accessed most often. We automatically log IP addresses, session sources, and other data, which tracks users' access to the Site. We analyze these logs in order to understand aggregate user behavior as well as for system performance monitoring. These logs are analyzed for the overall, aggregate trends they reveal about our users, not for individual behaviors.

How We Use the Information We Collect
We may use your information that we collect and/or receive, including personal information, for the following purposes:
To provide, operate, maintain, manage, improve the Site and the Services;
To enable your use of the Site, Services, and App – such as collecting location data, including access background location, to enable tracking of shipment in-transit and pickup/delivery geofence and collecting photos for proof of delivery, documents, containers and scanning QR/bar code to self-assign shipment;
To advertise and market the Site and the Services, and to otherwise provide you with information about the Site and the Services;
To respond to your inquiries or issues you have about our Site and Services;
To send you email alerts (including marketing emails) about our Site and Services such as service announcements and administrative messages;
To measure and analyze Site and Services usage including traffic to the Site and through the Service;
To develop new features, content and materials for the Site and the Services;
To monitor and troubleshoot errors and incidents and provide you with support in connection with the Site and the Services;
To optimize your experience with the Site and the Services including to recognize you when you return to our Site and to store information about your preferences;
To enhance the security of our Site and Services;
To prevent, detect and investigate any activities that are potentially prohibited, malicious, fraudulent, unlawful or contrary to good practice on our Site or through our Services;

In-App Location Tracking
The Clockwork App may collect location data to enable geolocation services that include providing a visible trail of a shipment’s movements in the Clockwork portal, enabling auto-updates as a user approaches a pick-up or delivery location, or confirming that a user is within the range of a pick-up or delivery location when attempting to perform a pick-up or delivery action.
The collection of location data in the background is narrowly tailored to perform the core services of the Clockwork platform listed above; no other sensitive data is collected by the Clockwork App. Location data may be collected both while the app is open or in the background, but only after the user gives affirmative and unambiguous consent following in-app notifications requesting permission for the Clockwork App to begin collecting location data. Location data will be shared on a per-shipment basis exclusively with the carrier that each shipment is performed for.
Location data is securely stored with HTTPS encryption and TLS protocols. Users may request that their stored location data be deleted from within the Clockwork App. Inquiries about privacy protections as they relate to the Clockwork App’s location tracking can be submitted through Clockwork’s contact page, or directly to the privacy team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.

How do we protect your information
Clockwork takes the security and privacy of your personal information very seriously. Accordingly, we implement reasonable security measures designed to protect your personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in processing and the nature of such data, and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Please understand, however, that no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases or the databases of the third parties with whom we may share your information (as permitted herein), nor can we guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet. In particular, e-mail sent to us may not be secure, and you should therefore take special care in deciding what information you send to us via e-mail.
How does our site handle Do Not Track signals
We honor Do Not Track signals and Do Not Track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.
Does our site allow third-party behavioral tracking
It’s also important to note that we do not currently allow third-party behavioral tracking. However, we may enable third-party tracking in the future when assessing how to make our site more user-friendly.
Opt-out for direct marketing; email management
You may opt out at any time from the use of your personal information for direct marketing purposes and/or the transfer of your personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes by sending us an email at email@example.com , provided, however, that you may be required to provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person, or are an authorized representative of such person, about whom we collected such personal information. Please allow us a reasonable time to process your request.
We reserve the right to send users email related to business practices and systems operations, such as outage notifications and quota warnings, even if the user has opted out of promotional mailings.
